Season Ticket FAQs

Early Bird tickets are available from 12pm on Monday, April 25, through to midnight on June 1.

Ifollow is not part of a season ticket for 22/23. Only matches during midweek and that fall on an international break are available on iFollow.

You will be able to renew your usual seat. However, if social distancing restrictions are in place, it is unlikely that you will be able to be seated there. Of course, we will do our very best to get you as close to your usual seat as possible.

Your season ticket seat is reserved for you until midnight on June 23, 2023.  Season ticket holders have reserved rights to purchase their seat for all home FA and EFL cup games as appropriate and if not take up by published date will be released for general sale.

Seat moves requested once the 23/24 season has commenced will be subject to a £5 admin fee.

If during the season you would like to change seats, block, or stand for a single match, please contact tickets@ecfc.co.uk 48hrs prior, charges will apply, and changes will be subject to availability.

You will find any tickets held in your name, under the subscriptions tab.

It could be one of two things.

  1. You have not supplied the Tickets team with a unique email address
  2. When you login to your account for the first time, you will be required to reset your password. Please select the 'Forgotten Password' option on the login page.

You can purchase tickets from the club shop which is open from 10am to 4pm on Monday to Friday.

Unfortunately, not.  For security purposes an individual can only access their own information via an online account.

Season Tickets for a group can be purchased by a single person but will need to be bought via the Box Office and will have to be processed individually as separate orders as Season Tickets must be in the name of the person using them, (with the exception of personal assistant tickets).

Having reviewed the sales data from the last 3 years, we found that  99% of those who did apply for Student Season Tickets fell into the 18-23 age bracket. We took the decision to replace the Student Season Ticket with a Young Person Season Ticket, which also allows us to extend the concession to a far wider group of young people on other education courses, apprenticeships and just starting work.

We are hoping to announce some Student specific deals as the season progresses.

No, you can stand anywhere on the Big Bank. However, there are painted spots on the steps to manage social distancing should this be required.

It’s likely that your permissions have not yet been activated on your account.

To activate your permission, we need to complete and apply some validation checks to your account within our new ticketing system. While we appreciate our ask for validation may be frustrating to those who have previously supplied it, the club want to ensure we are doing everything in our power to guarantee inclusivity for all supporters.  You will only need to supply eligibility documentation this once; doing so will provide ongoing access to personal assistant tickets (automatically discounted at checkout) as well as providing booking access to all areas of the stadium.

If you would like to register, here is a link to the online access requirement form.

The League One fixtures are announced in late June and we will aim to get etickets sent out from the early weeks of July, after all fixture dates and times have been finalised.

Postal orders and collections will be available from mid July. We will communicate once season tickets are ready for collection/post.

Yes, if you have purchased either an under018 or Young Person’s ticket you will need to present ID on match day in the form of a passport, provisional/ full driving licence or citizencard.

This small charge is in relation to the printing and collating of physical tickets.  Alternatively, to avoid collection queues why not try our new and free eTicket service, which you can either chose to print at home or scan from a mobile device.
